Our recruiting process may involve many facets and tactics, including but not limited to initial interviews with your HR contact, direct mail, direct dialing, emails, our private database, various advertisements, and even “employee shopping.” We solely reserve the right to determine the best way to locate candidates, but appreciate your feedback as to what has already been done.

Every effort is made to find local candidates first. We then generally branch out our search to surrounding states, and for certain positions nationwide. We have found that a candidate is much more likely to accept a position that does not require relocation. This also saves our clients additional expense and generally provides a quicker start date.
